Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.

Any unused item, simply return it within 30 days for a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. Returned merchandise must be returned according to instructions on your invoice, and this Return Policy, including all original packaging, paperwork, and properly packed to avoid damage.

If the mistake was ours we will refund normal ground shipping charges.

Restocking Fee:

Credits or exchanges cannot be issued for improperly packed items. Items that are returned damaged or incomplete may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Return Policy:

Clients should not accept any clearly damaged packages and should tell the carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx) that they are refusing the order because of damage. Any non-visible damages (shipping, etc.) must be reported to OfficeAutoSeats.com within (10) days of receiving the order. † All defects and/or problems must be handled directly with their respective manufacturer.

Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Returns will not be accepted by OfficeAutoSeats.com without an (RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization) number and will be refused or sent back to the client at the customerís expense.

Return Request RMA:

You can get a RMA number by email us to sales@OfficeAutoSeats.com, requesting the RMA number. Don't forget to place RMA for order #XXXXXXXX as the email subject. Returns will not be accepted by OfficeAutoSeats.com without an (RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization) number and will be refused or sent back to the client at the customerís expense.
