Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with any unused item, simply return it within 30 days for a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. Returned merchandise must be returned according to instructions on your invoice, and this Return Policy, including all original packaging, paperwork, and properly packed to avoid damage. If the mistake was ours we will refund normal ground shipping charges.

Credits or exchanges cannot be issued for improperly packed items. Items that are returned damaged or incomplete may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Return Policy:
Clients should not accept any clearly damaged packages and should tell the carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx) that they are refusing the order because of damage. Any non-visible damages (shipping, etc.) must be reported to OfficeAutoSeats.com within (10) days of receiving the order. All defects and/or problems must be handled directly with their respective manufacturer. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. Returns will not be accepted by OfficeAutoSeats.com without an (RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization) number and will be refused or sent back to the client at the customer’s expense.

Return Request RMA:
You can get a RMA number by email us to sales@OfficeAutoSeats.com, requesting the RMA number. Don't forget to place RMA for order #XXXXXXXX as the email subject. Returns will not be accepted by OfficeAutoSeats.com without an (RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization) number and will be refused or sent back to the client at the customer’s expense.
